About Pete Bagnall
AMP Intelligence is led by Pete Bagnall, a senior AI Business and Transformation Lead with nearly two decades of experience delivering complex change programmes across regulated financial services, energy, and major consumer brands.
Pete has spent his career embedded inside some of the UK's most recognisable organisations, including Lloyds Banking Group, Virgin Atlantic, the AA, British Business Bank, SSEN, WorldRemit, and Vanquis Bank, working as a senior contractor at the heart of major transformation programmes. He knows how enterprise change actually works from the inside.
His most recent roles have focused specifically on AI: designing and delivering AI solutions and change programmes into multinational organisations, working within AI Centres of Excellence, and helping organisations establish their AI functions from the ground up. He understands both the strategy and the practical reality of implementing AI in complex, regulated environments.
